Monica’s experience started in 2008 and has been setting record breaking sales year after year. Working with ParkLane Homes, a division of WesGroup, Monica sold million dollar luxury home projects. Her following position at Colliers Macaulay Nicolls Inc. expanded her real estate expertise where she led all aspects of commercial real estate sales, strategic planning, and marketing from the initial stages to the completion of each real estate transaction.
Today, Monica is an award winning and top agent at Sutton WestCoast Realty. She has crafted her career with an extensive client base representing all property types. Monica attributes her achievements to her immense sales and marketing strategies, her team, market knowledge, and a passion for real estate. Monica graduated with honours from Simon Fraser University and is currently studying for her Master’s degree through Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University.
